April Purcia Chandler grew up in the Philippines and currently living here in the US, 23 years old, graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Broadcasting. Her love for blogging started when she was in College, since then she never stop dreaming having her own blog with her own domain and her name is on it. The Universe conspired and gave her what she dreamed of, she couldn’t be more thankful with that.
Where the heart is going to talk about fashion, travel, food and pretty much everything in between. She hopes this blog will help to inspire and share her blessings.
